// Problem

The Growth Stack inherited a half-built platform from a vendor who walked. 18 known security issues. No documentation. The coaching dashboard was missing the most important fields. The thing was 70% built and 0% shippable.

// Constraint

They needed to keep the existing codebase, bring it ready for real customers, and own every line of it after launch. No vendor lock-in. No platform handoff. Their team had to ship features the day after we left.

// Build

Inherited the codebase. Audited every page, every workflow, every database table. A full QA pass logged 20 findings across four severity levels. The analysis pipeline was timing out, so we rebuilt it. Made sure every coaching field showed up where it should. Shipped to production.

// Proof

All 11 routes passing at handover with no console errors and no mobile overflow. The analysis pipeline runs in seconds instead of timing out. One shared-database permission finding sat outside our remit and was escalated rather than quietly closed. The source code is in their team's repo.
