These terms govern your use of montekristo.co and its public tools (Reckoner, Scales, embedded chat). Engagement-specific terms live in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) we sign at engagement start.
Acceptable use
- Use the public tools for evaluation. Do not scrape, automate, or attempt to reverse-engineer.
- Do not abuse the voice agent demo. It is rate-limited to one call per visitor per day with a 4-minute cap. Excessive use will be blocked.
- Do not attempt to extract sub-processor credentials, GHL API keys, or internal MonteKristo tooling.
Public tool output
Outputs from Reckoner, Scales, and similar tools are conservative estimates for your evaluation. They are not warranties. Per-engagement scope decisions belong in a Diagnostic call.
Engagement terms
Per-engagement work is governed by the MSA and Statement of Work (SOW) signed at engagement start. Source code handover, deliverable scope, retainer terms, and SLAs all live there. No clauses in this Terms of Service override the MSA.
Intellectual property
Public site content, design system, and OSS repositories under github.com/montekristo are licensed per their respective LICENSE files (mostly MIT). The MonteKristo wordmark and hex+M monogram are MonteKristo trademarks.
Liability
Public tools are provided as-is. We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Engagement liability is per the MSA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
